How to ask us to delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, free of charge, whether or not you ever studied with us. There are two ways to do it and they get the same result.

1. Fill in the form below. It goes straight to our front desk.

2. Email info@mysticacademy.com.np with the subject line "Delete my data", telling us the phone number or email address you originally contacted us with. We need that because it is how we find you — we cannot search on a name alone with any confidence.

What we delete

If you enquired but never enrolled, we erase all of it: your enquiries and the notes our staff made on them, your contact messages, your admission application if you started one, your newsletter subscription, your blog comments, and the visit records that link you to the advert or search you arrived from. It is a permanent delete, not a hidden flag, and there is nothing left afterwards for us to restore.

What we cannot delete, and why

If you enrolled on a course, we have to keep your student record, your fee payments and any certificate we issued you. Nepali accounting and tax law requires us to retain financial records, and a certificate we delete our side of stops being verifiable by the employer checking it — which would harm you, not us.

We would rather tell you that plainly than quietly do half the job. If this is your situation we will still stop all marketing to you immediately, delete everything outside that retained core, and write back explaining exactly what was kept and for how long.

If you only want to stop the emails

You do not need this page for that. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and clicking it takes effect immediately. You can also tell us at the front desk, or reply to any email we have sent you.
